Picnic rules
Frequencies
· Because of the very lower using of 35MHz systems in the last year waiving the transmitter deposit. We recommend the 2.4 GHz frequencies ! Flying with 35MHz frequencies permitted allowed in Poland * (B-band at 35 MHz is not allowed) and is made available frequency control board one with the clamps. · Transmitter 35MHz can be switched on ONLY when there is a clamp with channel number attached to the antenna. · On the flying field, everyone has to obey flight director’s orders. · All picnic participants should be aware of everyone’s safety. All abnormalities should be reported to the organizers. · All pilots are required to have a valid insurance policy with liability coverage for the operation of model aircraft
On the airfield
· Entry to the flying area (beyond the orange fencing) is only permitted with a channel clamp on the transmitter’s antenna and a picnic ID card. A necessary helper is allowed to enter together with a pilot as well. · While making flights, all pilots have to stay together in a marked square area. · The flight director’s orders have to be obeyed immediately. · Pilots should ask spectators not to cross fencing. · Flying over people, hangars, other pilots and the concrete area in front of the hangars is forbidden. Anyone breaking this rule will be immediately banned from making flights. The flight director’s decision is ultimate. · Drinking of an alcohol is prohibited prior to or during flights. · While not flying, models should be placed in the area near the fencing to be displayed for the audience. · Additional accessories (hi-start, rubber bungee etc.) can be used with an agreement with flight director, but only during calm weather or if the wind is in the proper direction (along the airfield). · During demonstration flights (schedule will be announced during briefing) only pilots who have applied for making demo flights and been accepted are allowed to fly. · Every demo pilot has to provide information about his/her model and the flight, so that the commentator will mention it for the audience. · On Saturday and Sunday, at 10:00 am there will be a briefing in front of the hangar. Attendance at the briefing is mandatory for the pilots!
Others
· It is forbidden to use any electrical devices in hangars. This includes battery charging. You can, however, plug in an extension cord in hangar and charge your batteries outside. · It is forbidden to stay inside hangar. Entering hangars is only allowed in order to place the aircraft/equipment inside or take it away. After the end of flying time, hangars are closed. · Smoking inside hangars or around aircraft fuel storage tank is strictly prohibited. · Entering the upper hangar parking lot with a car is only allowed in case of loading/unloading equipment.

35 MHz: ch260, ch1 - ch80 and ch281 and ch282; 40 MHz: ch50 - ch53; 27 MHz: ch4, ch9, ch14, ch19, ch24: 2,4 GHz channels number as by Multiplex table! |
